Privacy notice

The enquiry form on this page asks for your name, work email, organisation and job title, how many people would attend, when you would want to run the programme, what business challenge you would run it against, and how you heard about Rigor Room. Only the first five are required.

Alongside your answers we record the time, a one-way hash of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through. We keep a hash rather than the address itself: it lets us rate-limit abuse without holding something that identifies you.

We also store the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, its version and the moment you gave it, so that we can say later what you actually agreed to rather than what the page happens to say today.

To reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal that fits your team. The programme is run against a client's own live business challenge, which is why we ask about yours on the form rather than in a first call.

We do not add you to a newsletter, we do not profile you, and we do not use your answers to train anything.

Ravenry Pte. Ltd., and the people inside it who work on this programme, in Singapore and Jakarta. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with a third party for their own purposes.

Three processors hold it on our behalf: Supabase, which hosts the database; Vercel, which hosts this page; and Resend, which sends the acknowledgement email. Each is bound to handle it only as we instruct.

For as long as the conversation is live, and for two years after the last contact, so that we can pick a paused discussion back up. After that it is deleted.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, and we will.

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. Write to the address at the foot of this page and we will answer within 30 days. You do not have to explain why.

If you are in Singapore, this is your right under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and you may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission.

This page sets no advertising or tracking cookies and shows no consent banner, because it has nothing to ask permission for. We use Vercel's own analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
